POC of Website using Github Pages#19

I like it and this approach. I think the fellowship application could be a bit intimidating at first glance with that procedural outline. We might put the procedure bit into a separate page and link to it in the header of the form - and suggest that for contributions that are an ongoing effort / require accommodation that this is our setup. Then the copy of the form is more of a 'we are so glad you are interested in contributing to ONM and taking this step' We could either set up fields to guide them through outlining their idea, or provide the 'template' as another link in the header of an example. (rough ideas, just brainstorming) |

For sure, I'll draft that up |

We can merge this if you want, it seems like a good base. Not sure if we need the google pages bit (at least for me the github project markdown support is nice to use) |
Ok cool, I'll turn off the deployment action and we can create follow ups to refine this |
Check out this link to link a demo of what our site could look like.
Let me know what you think. Any recommendations are very much appreciated
This addresses #18
and #15 because it provides instructions on requesting fellowship with a link to the submission form
