The merge from main brought in the yarn-to-npm migration (getodk#787), which removed yarn.lock and .yarnrc.yml and broke the Docker build. Install with npm ci, build the engine via turbo, then build the demo.
Mirrors onaio/enketo's ona-build workflow: builds amd64 and arm64 images by digest, merges them into a multi-arch manifest, and pushes to ECR on pushes and PRs targeting ona-app.
