Add an aarch64 edge nvidia-open-dkms package carrying Martin Stark's pending NVIDIA PR #1359, preserving both commits and their authorship. It fixes skipped detach cleanup in 615.71.09 that can leave DisplayPort detected but without a signal. The recipe uses NVIDIA's source archive and Arch's DKMS packaging; userspace remains separate. Remove the overlay once a fixed Arch Linux ARM release is validated. Delivery requires Omarchy before extra and matching NVIDIA userspace.

Built natively on Spark; all 4,642 payload entries, modes and ownership match the installed test package. That package passed DKMS installation, boot-image regeneration, reboot, reconnect in both cable orientations, input switching and display off/on; full 6K/120 Hz output was separately confirmed. Package-selection checks pass in isolated pacman databases.

This was closed automatically when #666 merged, because its description says "fixes #601", meaning omacom/omarchy-mac#601. @maralcbr could you reopen it? Writing cross-repo references in full (omacom/omarchy-mac#601) avoids GitHub's auto-close. No changes here.
