omarchy/pipewire-camera-sharing adds omarchy-camera-watch, a user service that names the app holding a camera over V4L2 when everything else reports no camera. Its unit has to reach /usr/lib/systemd/user, where systemd looks, or first-run's single enable call fails for every unit the way it did for omarchy-crash-watch (omacom#140).
