Name the Apple package list omarchy-apple-silicon.packages - #643

Upstream's convergence names the Apple list omarchy-apple-silicon.packages, after the platform omarchy-hw-platform reports, as omarchy-qualcomm.packages already is. omarchy-pkg-defaults reads it by that name. The older name stays a link to it for image builders that still read omarchy-apple.packages from the installed runtime; the image builder reads either name.
The link helps readers of an installed system only. An image builder reads the list from the package archive, where a link reads as empty, so a builder that knows only the older name refuses this runtime at import instead of building without the list.

Matches upstream's convergence (omacom#13362, next batch), which names the Apple list after the platform, as
omarchy-qualcomm.packagesalready is. Contents are unchanged (wf-recorder from #626 included).install/omarchy-apple.packagesbecomesinstall/omarchy-apple-silicon.packages;omarchy-pkg-defaults apple-siliconreads it, so reinstall, migration 1790504252 and the migrate engine follow.Tested: runtime shell suite (non-root, x86 Arch host), base vs this branch; affected tests updated, plus a new check that the list lives under the new name, the old name links to it, and the Apple set composes without the old name.
