`memcache_server_delete()` is missing

Is there any reason why there is no memcache_server_delete()? Currently it seems impossible to remove the servers without restarting your server.

There haven't been requests for that so far. I also have a faint memory of libmemcached not supporting that at some point in time or other.

Patches to add the functionality are of course welcome. :)
