Adds docs/sightline-0.4.2-rename.patch.

The file was not in the GitHub clone (likely a local uncommitted copy). This is git format-patch of bf29546 (Ironsight is Sightline), so a tree sitting on that commit’s parent can take just the name change with git am.

Verified with git apply --check against 3bbc95b. It will not apply on current master, where the rename is already present.

The rename is already on master. This is that commit as `git format-patch`
of bf29546, so a tree sitting on its parent can take just the name change
with `git am` without swallowing anything else.
