The "Request a custom domain" section currently reads:
If your project wants to use a pydata.org subdomain, please create a custom domain issue
I want to ask
Is this intentional? The section directly above it is titled "Request a <subdomain>.pydata.org" and uses the same "pydata.org subdomain" wording so I wasn't sure if this was copied by mistake or if custom domains are also meant to be described that way.
From what I can tell, a custom domain (like myproject.org) and a pydata.org subdomain are two different services the custom_domain.yaml issue template describes it as:
"Request a custom domain managed by NumFOCUS for your project website, docs etc"
which doesn't mention pydata.org at all.
Suggestion
If these are indeed separate services, would something like this be clearer?
