Summary
The l10n branch in
JSResourceLocatorchained theappendScriptIfExistcalls with||, so it stopped at the first file found and theme l10n overrides were never added. It now tries every location again, as before b58b375, and I added a test for it.AI (if applicable)
Written with Claude (claude-opus-5-5). I couldn't run the PHPUnit test locally, so CI is the first run of it.
