Closes #2720
Topic and Scope
Splits the single "Run the tests" step in both test jobs into three steps (unit, integration, migration), so each suite shows its own duration in the Actions UI. This gives a baseline for the upcoming CI speed work (umbrella issue
2719).test.shran every suite and only failed at the end.run-locally.pycall writes coverage to its ownrun-<timestamp>folder. The copy step now collectscoverage.*.xmlfrom all of them instead of onlylatest/.test_resultenv var.Concerns/issues
