Solves partially #223

• Includes much more translated content in the German version
• Now uses the correct ISO code for British English to fix the date formatting errors
• Disable some unnecessary mixins on the 404 page.

TODO:

• 404 page in German is hidden and for some reason cannot be displayed again in the UI
• Translate other feature pages too?
• Update homepage and features text in English version

and try to fix it ... maybe by adjusting a previous event. Before this i think we should not merge? Will figure it out.

I also had a deeper look and updated some content in DE and UK.

I fixed the issue with the german 404 page. There was an event in the export, which disabled the page.
