Enables the use of high-precision timer when available.
Also includes the commit from #41 (this change is actually just in 2152f4e, but it is based on the other commit). I also took the liberty of aligning current and min/max in opposite edges, and styled them as monospace font. I find it easier to read, as they will not change position as much when values change between slim numbers like "1" and wide numbers like "8".
It is somewhat similar to #36, but does not contain a "update once a second" facility.
