Description

Adds version list in Pinguino.

Testing

Navigate to developers/addon/<slug>/versions in Pinguino, after setting VITE_AMO_SESSION_ID. Should be able to:

1. Navigate to version upload flow
2. Toggle visibility of listing
3. See incomplete state, if applicable.

Is that behaviour with the visibility toggle next to the current version what was designed by UX/Product? I kind of assumed it would do something to the version (e.g. disable it), but it does something to the add-on instead (developer disables it).

btw, /developers/addon/<addon-id>/versions/<version-pk> is just an empty page - I'm assuming it's still to be implemented

Yeah, I split it off mozilla/addons#16532 since the design's more involved

Personally, I'm not really convinced that showing the add-on wide visibility (disable) toggle next to a single version makes conceptual sense, but that does seem to be what UX/Product have designed so I'll defer to their expertise.
