The VSCode extension is not working with .config/moon path

With the new configuration location, the VSCode extension fails.
If the moon configuration is located under .config/moon, the error Unable to find the workspace root. is printed.

I opened this pr which provides the fix: #98
I build the extension locally and used it with projects requiring v1.41.7 and v2.1.1 (new configuration path) of moon. In both cases the extension worked as expected.

Hi @milesj, sorry, but I think the published package does not include the changes.

Here, on the right side is the extension I built locally, and on the left side is the last version of it: 0.16.4.

If I make a comparison between the latest two versions, they are identical:
