Regenerates the SkiaSharp/HarfBuzzSharp API diffs and release-notes pages via the automated Prepare -> Polish -> Render pipeline.
Changes
_sources/<version>.data.jsonfacts,_sources/index.json) for versions: 4.148.0, 4.150.2, 4.151.0, 4.151.1, 4.152.0, 3.119.5-unreleased, 4.150.3-unreleased, 4.151.2-unreleased, 4.152.0-unreleased._sources/<version>.prose.jsonprose for each page needing polish, covering highlights, breaking changes (including the m132/m147 upstream Vulkan/typeface/stream breaks for 4.148.0), category bullets, contributor summaries, preview summaries, and HarfBuzzSharp summaries.release-notes-render.py --all, which also rebuiltTOC.ymlandindex.mdand pruned stale unreleased pages (4.150.2-unreleased.md,4.151.0-unreleased.md) that are now released.Testing
release-notes-render.py(schema/prose validation passed).python3 scripts/infra/docs/release-notes-render.py --all, which completed cleanly (76 pages rendered, TOC/index rebuilt).No C#, C API, or native code was touched — this is a documentation-only regeneration.
