Durable Functions PDF Summarizer project shows unresolved import warnings immediately after creation

Repro Steps:

1. Open Azure Functions Template Gallery.
2. Create a project using the Durable Functions PDF Summarizer (Python) template.
3. Open function_app.py.
4. Observe the Problems panel.

Expect:
A newly created project should not open with unresolved import warnings.

Actual:
The following warnings are shown immediately after project creation.

The warnings appear immediately after project creation and remain until dependencies are installed through a debug session.
