Repro Steps:

1. Open Azure Functions Template Gallery.
2. Select Agent Framework Multi Agent (Python) template.
3. Click "Use Template".
4. Observe the project creation result.

Expect:
Succeed to create the project.

Actual:
Fail to create the project with an error.
