…; openkal.region; openkal.prof and openkal.debug Clause 11 entries 42-45 (design .agents/docs/2026-11-02-openkal-0.20-design.md; mcpp part 3 §5). - openkal.fs: kal_fs_read_at and kal_fs_write_at, which neither use nor move the file's position. - openkal.process: kal_program_info gains memory_bytes and memory_peak_bytes (KAL_PINFO_MEMORY), readable after the end until the handle is released; kal_process_job_usage (members, memory; no peak); kal_process_job_limit with KAL_JOB_LIMIT_MEMORY, held HARD by the environment or SUPERVISED by the implementation at a stated interval, ending the whole unit; kal_process_wait reports KAL_TERMINATED_LIMIT. - openkal.region (optional): reserve, commit, decommit, discard, release; KAL_REGION_PROP_OVERCOMMIT. An interface of its own, because openkal.memory is core (clauses 3.2, 6.1, 6.2). - openkal.prof and openkal.debug (optional, a loader's, clause 12.3): counters and phase marks that cost nothing unmeasured; the name of an address from the symbol table. - Conformance: transfers at offsets, a program's and a unit's memory, a limit that ends its unit, and the sections region, prof and debug.
