Admit the released OpenKal 0.24 source group on Linux, macOS and Windows descriptor blocks: specification 0.24.0, Linux implementation 0.25.0, macOS 0.22.0, Windows 0.20.0 and Emscripten 0.13.0. Each entry retains older versions and names the canonical GitHub tag archive plus a byte-identical GitCode mirror.
All five source PRs passed their complete repository checks before merge and immutable tag creation. The specification additionally passed the implemented C API and native lifetime controls on Linux, macOS and Windows. Archives were downloaded from their public tags, package name/version checked, mirrored through local gtc, fetched through ordinary GitCode GET and compared byte for byte. All five descriptors parse with released mcpp 2026.11.5.1.
This is the first public dependency gate for mcpp-community/mcpp#889 and mcpplibs/os#17. The later image/runtime/platform/OS entries follow their own release gates; existing OS 0.2 and kit 0.2 entries remain unchanged. After index artifact publication, isolated GLOBAL/CN ordinary resolution verifies the admitted source versions before consumers advance.
Candidate preparation applies all and only the planned versions mapped to the same existing consumer. The original per-package replacement mixed new specification and old implementation constraints; the resolver correctly rejected those graphs. The regression preserves single-candidate constraints and unrelated consumers/dependencies. All 22 automation tests pass; per-row lockfile identity checks remain required.
