Register openkal-platform 0.23.7 on all three source platforms and move its hosted consumer to the release. Existing versions and their immutable URLs and checksums are retained.
The image layers, hosted layers and exact version group consistently select openkal-musl 0.27.6 and openkal-llvm-runtime 0.18.7. TLS, final ThinLTO emulation, loader, backend and hardening contracts remain intact. All four exact-head producer jobs in CI 41950584542 passed before mcpplibs/openkal-platform#20 was merged and tagged.
GitHub and GitCode source archives are byte-identical: 19,526 bytes, SHA256
9150f75a77cb7074ea058c8084ad7a938913900f5e4d3af6dfc87a8478436707. The archive manifest matches the merged source. Released mcpp 2026.11.3.1 parses the descriptor, Lua syntax passes, and the actual hosted consumer runs with no failures, selecting platform 0.23.7, runtime 0.18.7 and musl 0.27.6. The consumer retains its existing platform conditions; producer CI separately covers the Windows GNU arrangement. The predecessor dependency batch #710 is publicly published and verified on both mirrors. Ordinary neutral GLOBAL and CN clients run real C++ and import-std consumers with the exact runtime/C-library group and no source or index redirects.
This completes the public platform selection needed to rebuild the engine. It does not establish that clangd's original cold CPU workload meets its unchanged 1.15 limit. Engine and server qualification remain in their existing PRs.
