Add best-effort Slack webhook notifications for new user signups and standalone prompt creation. Schedule delivery after successful database commits so persistence is not blocked by Slack failures. Add Slack configuration through environment variables, Docker Compose passthrough, notification service helpers, and regression coverage for delivery behavior. Document administrator setup steps in a dedicated Slack notifications guide and expose the new variables in the environment template.
