可以试试使用 ps aux|grep -i bclm_loop 来检查它是否已经启动. 如果已经启动可能会报这样的错. 它注册的 LaunchDaemon 的路径: /Library/LaunchDaemons/com.lslqtz.bclm_loop.plist.

没进程，但有这个文件，删掉后再执行也会报错，依旧是创建了文件但没进程

这很奇怪, 因为我这边没法复现这个问题. 不太确定 LaunchControl 这个软件能不能看到具体的错误信息. 如果手动组装 /Library/LaunchDaemons/com.lslqtz.bclm_loop.plist 里提到的内容, 如执行 bclm_loop loop 80 5 会报错吗?

嗯……真是奇怪的问题呢, 没有头绪. 原版的是可以的吗? 如果可以的话可以使用原版的然后手动修改一下 plist. (原版的生效可能需要重启)
如果 job 被禁用, 也许试试 launchctl load 带 -w 参数.

苹果这套东西给的有些不明不白的.

for me it works on 15.3.1
I build it from Source this way in Terminal:

cd ~/Downloads/bclm_loop-main

create a build with 5.2 version:
swift build -c release --toolchain swift-5.2

sudo cp .build/release/bclm_loop /usr/local/bin/
sudo xattr -c /usr/local/bin/bclm_loop
sudo chmod +x /usr/local/bin/bclm_loop

sudo bclm_loop persist 80 5

but you will need to download Xcode probably from the AppStore and CommandLineTools this way:
sudo xcode-select -s /Library/Developer/CommandLineTools

does bclm loop works on sequoia 15.7 ? because I think after update it stop working and battery start to charging to 100 % and earlier was to 80. I have updated balm_loop but it still the same problem

Sorry for the confusion, but the program suddenly started working after the update I think. Today, when I was to start working on it, I was surprised to find that my Mac was 80 percent full. Thank you very much, and I apologize for the inconvenience. I think it's working back corectly. My Regards
