App

Describe the product and its current implementation status.

  • Used a lowercase kebab-case folder and matching manifest id.
  • Provided author, website/source, and an English description within 280 weighted characters.
  • Committed preview images in the app folder; previews contains only local filenames.
  • Screenshots are clear and tidy, with all four corners and all four window edges intact.
  • Any app README is product-only, at most 10 KB, and only links to the exact official website or GitHub repository. No installers, commands, scripts, or other links.
  • Left Featured selection, first inclusion time, and Stars metadata to maintainers/automation.
  • Ran bun test and bun run validate.

Every merged app PR is listed in App Stories. Maintainers select and periodically adjust Featured placement; it is not guaranteed.

## Description

#51 added `apps/notey/Screenshot 2026-10-18 at 15.59.25.png`, but
`apps/notey/manifest.json` lists `previews: ["preview0.png"]`. The
validator stops on the missing file:

```
ENOENT: no such file or directory, lstat '.../apps/notey/preview0.png'
    at async validateCatalog (scripts/validate.ts:44:26)
```

This renames the screenshot to `preview0.png`, the `previewN.png` naming
every other app uses and CONTRIBUTING.md documents. The image itself and
the manifest are unchanged.

## Validation

- `bun install --frozen-lockfile`, `bun run validate`: "Validated 82 app
manifests and screenshots".
- `bun test`: 22 pass, 0 fail.
- The GPUI Kit website's `bun run build` and `bun run test:showcases`
(13 pass) both pass with `SHOWCASES_DIR` pointing at this branch; with
the current `main` the build fails with the error above.
