• fix: regenerate Checksums-Sha512 field for source packages
  • checksumsarray_genfilelist now also emits the sha512 file list
  • sources_complete/sources_complete_checksums regenerate the
    Checksums-Sha512 field from freshly computed checksums
  • avoids "WARNING: sha512 checksum line ... contradicts previous
    filesize" during 'reprepro check'
