Pulling to reduce gap maintaining changes to these branches, incorporate generated .gitignore, advance UltrafastSecp256k1 incorporation effort.
This pull request incorporates changes proposed in #426
Note that no nuget package exists satisfying msvc v143 and currently generates warnings during generation. As the package is optional, there is no failure on that platform. If/when such a nuget package becomes available, it can then be properly incorporated.
