This pull request removes the label automation workflow and updates the publish workflow for JSR packages. The most important changes are:
Workflow removal:
.github/workflows/label.ymlfile, which disables automatic labeling of pull requests.Workflow updates:
.github/workflows/publish.ymlto use the--allow-dirtyflag, allowing publishing even if the working directory has uncommitted changes.
