Add a regression test for the memoization boundary
This commit changes QueueEntry's rendering behavior but adds no corresponding test. Add a component test that rerenders the parent with unchanged props to verify the bailout, while also confirming that changed node_id/index props and relevant Redux updates still render correctly; otherwise this optimization and its required update paths are unprotected.
