💡 What: Wrapped QueueEntry and _QueueEntry in client/src/QueueEntry.tsx with React.memo() and added display names. 🎯 Why: QueueEntry components are frequently rendered in virtualized lists. Without memoization, they re-render every time the parent component updates, even if their props haven't changed, causing unnecessary DOM operations. 📊 Impact: Reduces re-renders of list items in the main queue view, significantly improving scroll performance and UI responsiveness. 🔬 Measurement: Verify using React DevTools Profiler by recording a scroll event in the queue. The QueueEntry components should not re-render unless their specific state/props change. Co-authored-by: kshramt <876546+kshramt@users.noreply.github.com>

Add a regression test for QueueEntry memoization
This performance change has no corresponding test: the commit only modifies QueueEntry.tsx. Add a render-count test that rerenders the parent with unchanged node_id/index props and verifies that QueueEntry does not render again, while confirming that relevant Redux updates still propagate; otherwise the intended optimization or its state-subscription behavior can regress unnoticed.
