Read the CI Node.js version from .node-version so testing and publishing use the same supported runtime. Package the extension on every CI platform to catch vsce regressions before a release. Keep the extension's runtime requirements and compilation target unchanged to preserve compatibility with Cursor and older supported VS Code versions.
