🔧 Resolve version_gem dependency conflict for kettle-jem selftest - #24

kettle-jem 7.1.28's selftest refuses a direct dependency that a templated modular Gemfile also declares unless dependency_conflicts records an intentional action, so the templating workflow failed on main: version_gem is declared by the gemspec and by gemfiles/modular/runtime_heads.gemfile (which tracks version_gem's main branch). The templating workflow fails on
mainsince #23 (which brought kettle-jem 7.1.28 via the bundle updates):kettle-jem's selftest now requires every such overlap to be recorded in
dependency_conflicts.resolve, and kettle-test's list was empty.Fix
