Add local Vector names and eye-colored cards

Summary

• add a persistent, WirePod-local display name for each enrolled Vector
• show names on battery cards while retaining the serial number
• tint only the animated eye field to match the configured preset or custom eye color
• add a Name panel in Vector settings and make its navigation return Home

The display name is local metadata only; it does not change Vector firmware, serials, or cloud identity.
