Development paused

I regret to inform that the development for the titlesec bundle is paused. Don’t expect relevant changes in the foreseeable future, although I’ll try to fix bugs shortly. I’m also regret that some of them, particularly if due to a change in the LaTeX kernel, can remain as ‘known issues’. Remember also that, as explained in the manual, “The compatibility with hyperref ... is an unsupported feature”.
There won’t be new features, but I can consider merging pull requests.
