Bugfix/support new bw version - #57

…bstring Current bw builds print only the version number for `bw --version`, so the old check always failed with a false "Bitwarden Cli not installed" error. Check that bw is on PATH and that --version returns a version string.
bw create expects base64-encoded JSON (as produced by `bw encode`). Plain JSON was rejected, so folders, items and org collections were not created.
