The PDF path ran only on machines with WeasyPrint's native libraries; elsewhere its tests skipped. CI's Unit and Integration jobs now install them and set MEDHARNESS_REQUIRE_PDF=1 (a missing library fails instead of skipping). New test runs build release --doc-format pdf and checks the output is real PDF. No package change, no version bump.
