dhfkit/traceability.py and item_store.py each kept a hand-written list of link fields on top of the schema. Both removed: dangling-link detection, cycle detection and the write-time link check read the fields a doc type declares. find_dangling_links and find_link_cycles take the fields explicitly. Bumps to 0.54.2.
