build code --check CMD (repeatable): the model is told the commands must pass, the harness runs them after the model finishes, a failure goes back for two fix attempts, and a run whose check still fails exits non-zero and pushes nothing under --pr. A command that cannot run is a failure (exit 127), not a guess. Answer carries checks. Bumps to 0.52.0.
