added lurker to support tables. by hand this time!

note: vscode removed some double spaces on save, I figured I would leave them in for correctness.

I will rely on other IRCv3 contributors to decide on whether this should be merged.

I'm not against including projects that use LLM-assisted development, but this one is a clear case of AI slop so I don't think it should be merged.

For example, if we look at the latest PR (amiantos/lurker#677) we see that it's entirely written by Claude including the extremely verbose description, to solve a extremely verbose issue also written by Claude, as was verbosely reviewed by Copilot. Most non-dependabot PRs are like this.

260k lines written in three months, almost all commits Co-Authored-By Claude. Systematic use of Claude Opus with 1M context also shows that the project's complexity is already out of control after just three months.

@progval Sorry mate not agree. Writing code with ai is not slop or vibe if is done by exp. dev who knows what he is doing and how the code should work. Amount of line of code also has nothing to do if the product is so advanced and so well maintained, as he is answering for users requests. Please check the project from the side how it actually works :)

@whitequark And? This is not this project? And repartee is totally hobby project by me. So what this picture has to do with lurker?

Honestly, I don't want to be associated with the IRCv3 working group in its current state, based on the behavior of people in this repo and in the associated IRC channel. I had a very positive and lovely experience on IRC until I tried to submit my project to this repo. Clearly you guys are tired, and it's made you insulting and bitter. If the IRCv3 working group is staffed in the future by positive, supportive individuals, who are more interested in seeing IRC grow than they are in engaging in trolling and insulting others, I'd like to be involved. But until then, I'd rather not get involved in whatever it is going on here that made these people end up this way.
