Configure Dependabot to automatically check for updates to Mix dependencies and GitHub Actions on a weekly schedule every Monday with rhblind as reviewer.
Update multiple dependencies including Broadway (1.2.1 -> 1.3.0), Credo, Decimal, Ex Doc, Jason, Tesla, and Telemetry to their latest compatible versions.
