This will be especially useful for breaking up "super zips" containing many games, e.g.
ectocomp2013.zip. API users can download big zips, write code to restructure their contents into smaller, self-contained zips, compute their description/metadata (including IFDB TUID), upload the zips in bulk, move them into their intended locations, and set their metadata in a programmatic way.(The alternative is to upload N zips using the public upload form, then manually move each zip to the intended location, and then set the metadata for each game one at a time.)
