Converting for custom branch of astromodels

Hi @jasonfan1997 I've finally gotten the rewrite of astromodels to deal with neutrinos working (in theory). I'm going to try and modify the code here to account for that in a branch. Any thoughts?

The source object should be able to specify a general emission type, like the photon, neutrino, or even gravitational wave. Also, the model_parser will need some changes too so the model can be stored and loaded

That is the general idea, the plugin/ likelihood should decide which flux it gets so that the source is generic.
