Fix Poetry editable test failing due to build backend warnings - #2146

pyproject-hooks 1.3 now re-emits build backend `UserWarning`s as `BuildBackendWarning`, which Poetry displays. This broke the exact-output assertions in the Poetry editable requirements test, since setuptools emits warnings when building the editable dependencies: - License metadata deprecation warnings for the locked gunicorn commit. These have been resolved by updating the fixture's gunicorn to the latest commit (v26.2.2), which uses SPDX license metadata. - An informational "Editable installation" warning for every flat-layout package. These are always emitted, so the test now expects them.
