zxcgrep utility for searching compressed files
Introduce `zxcgrep`, a shell script that enables `grep(1)` functionality on `.zxc` archives by decompressing them on the fly. This utility provides a convenient way to search compressed logs while maintaining standard grep behavior, including status codes and support for multiple files or stdin. It also ensures proper installation, documentation, and test coverage on POSIX systems. Signed-off-by: Bertrand Lebonnois <5901952+hellobertrand@users.noreply.github.com>

Review comments at @src/cli/zxcgrep:
- Line 110: Add a wrapper-specific option to zxcgrep for supplying the
dictionary path and pass it to the zxc -dcf invocation so dictionary-compressed
archives can be searched. Follow the dictionary option behavior documented in
src/cli/main.c, and add a test that verifies zxcgrep searches an archive
requiring that dictionary.

Enable dictionary-based decompression for `zxcless` and `zxcgrep` by introducing a `--dict` flag. This allows users to supply specific dictionaries required to decode archives, ensuring consistent behavior with the underlying `zxc` utility. Updates include CLI flag parsing, environment variable support for `zxcless`, and corresponding man page and test suite updates.
