Community Builder Plugin for Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager (OLVM) #13430

Description

The Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager (OLVM) builder uses the OVirt SDK to communicate with an OLVM manager to create a VM, provision/configure, templatize, and optionally export (to OVA format) an OLVM Virtual Machine Template. The builder has various configuration parameters used to identify the source template or disk image, the builder VM specs (CPU, memory, networks, etc.), the output template name, and other details of the build process. The build also implements error-checking and retry logic when communicating with the OLVM API, to handle session expiration issues during very long-running provisioners.
