Customizer Configuration

All settings below are under Appearance > Customize.
- Logo, Dark Mode Logo, site title, tagline, site icon
- Primary Color — background for the primary menu, homepage widget titles, and the site banner
- Primary Link Color / Primary Link Hover — content link colors, and the icon menu's icon color
- Header Tagline Color — the site tagline's text color
- All four apply in light mode only — see Light and Dark Mode
- Site Banner Position — top or bottom of the page. The banner shows your "Banner Text" widget content (for example, an official government website notice), or "Powered by GovPress" if that widget area is empty
- Site Banner Alignment — center or left
- Primary Menu Position — above or below the logo and site title
- One column, or two columns with the sidebar on the left or right — applies to posts and pages
