[Feature] Generate jsonschema

Can we generate json schema from the struct tags? That would be powerful if we want to generate a schema file for a complex configuration file.

@acrazing Personally, I don't think this logic needs to live in go-playground/validator.
You can already generate JSON Schema from struct tags using something like
https://github.com/invopop/jsonschema.
