The source pages live in content/. Build locally with:

python3 -m pip install -r requirements.txt
python3 -m mkdocs serve

Internal operational notes, private wiki material, signer details, contacts, and secrets-adjacent runbooks do not belong in this public repository. Use internal sources only as context for reviewed public writing.
