Update index.md)Some old Google ad related code, along with the recently added Class Central sponsored courses section at the top of the sidebar, are causing the sidebar to push past the main content section and causing a lot of empty space at the end of posts.
This PR removes fixed Google ad sizes and adds some code to cap the vertical size of the sidebar.
