Applies the merge-time transition from `freminal-plan-status-lifecycle`: PR #467 merged into `main` as `f7dac216`, so Group B moves `Pending merge` -> `Complete` in both roll-up tables, and the three subtask outcome sections name the PR. Task 121 itself stays `In progress` in both MASTER_PLAN tables, with no completion date -- it is an umbrella, and 121.15, 121.17-121.30 remain open. The v0.12.0 version row likewise stays `In progress` (Tasks 120 and 122 are stubs). Fourteen of its subtasks are now merged across six PRs. The "ran for five merged pull requests under a task number that existed only in branch names" statements are deliberately left alone. They are historical claims about the tracking gap this document was created to close; #467 landed under a properly tracked task and is not part of that history.
