Overview
Patch release (2.1.3 → 2.1.4) from an updated Convoy OpenAPI spec, with version bumps in package.json, lockfiles, Speakeasy metadata, and RELEASES.md.

The functional change is a new optional syncDynamicEventAck field on project configuration types (ModelsProjectConfig for outbound updates, plus create/response config shapes). It maps to sync_dynamic_event_ack in JSON and controls whether POST /events/dynamic waits for endpoint/subscription resolution before returning 2xx (default remains async 201-on-queue). Generated Zod inbound/outbound schemas and model docs were updated accordingly.
