@kozusznik Awesome! Great that you sorted this out. I expect @StephanPreibisch will review this when he has time, but in the meantime, I have a related question: have you tried the new BigStitcher yet? This SPIM_Registration repository is currently maintained for backwards compatibility, but new developments are happening in BigStitcher. So while adding headless support here is appreciated, it would be even better to investigate and ensure that BigStitcher works headless. |

Hi, thanks a lot @kozusznikj. I'll review that after my grant deadline next week. The BigStitcher does work headless, all examples are written like that. Cheers, Stephan |
